Ridiculous body comment of the week

I went to my 38-week appointment yesterday and my medical center has a greeter-type person in the front to help give directions, etc. She said to me “you know where you’re going today, mommy?” And I said “yep, 4th floor.”She said “Let me guess, you’re having a girl, right?”And I said “Yup, cuz I’m carrying high, right?” (Strangers love to tell me I’m carrying high)She said “yeah, and wide, too! Girls will make you gain a lot of weight!”Uh whaaaat? Lol? I’ve never seen this woman before in my life so how would she know how much weight I’ve gained? She also didn’t know I’m 38 weeks so yeah lady, I’m obviously huge!
