What are your must haves for air travel with a baby?

We’ll be traveling from Montreal to Fort Lauderdale with our 8.5 month old in less than 3 weeks. We did not purchase a seat for him, he will be seating on our laps as the flight is pretty short.Travel time: 3 hours at the airport + 3.5 hour flight + whatever time at the airportWhat are your must haves for everything to go smoothly, other than the typical diapers, wipes, clothes, formula, etc.?Here’s what I have for now:- Sound-proof earmuffs- Baby carrier (Ergo Baby 360)- Will be renting a stroller that will fit on the plane (Ergo Baby Metro+)- Spinning toys that stick to things- Mum mum cookies for easy entertainment lol- Cloths to soak in hot water and put over his ears in case they start hurtingNote: My parents are picking us up at the airport with a car seat – we’re not bringing one.
