My neighbor stole over $100 in baby items from us

Due to a shipping error our package got delivered to our neighbor across the street. We even have a photo of the package on their porch and despite showing the evidence they still deny it ever being there. I tried contacting FedEx but they refuse to do anything other than refer us to Babylist , the original shipper that evidently does not have customer support line beyond a chatbot.
