Lastmans Bad Boy is a Scam

Wanted to warn anyone else here who made the huge mistake of not doing any advanced research of how terrible Bad Boy is, I am not sure how they are still in business. With over 1000 complaints in the past year to BBB on them how have they not shut down?DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM, even with their reasonable prices, they have over 3000 terrible reviews on google among all their stores.Cancelled my REFUNDABLE order within 24 hours and they held delivery and are now saying they cannot refund me. If you took my money and you did not deliver or even ship anything out you should refund the money you took ASAP.I am a first time home buyer and wanted a good experience but this is the exact opposite of a time that should be exciting. Will never again shop there but wanted to warn anyone else who is shopping for house furniture not to give them your business.Edit: their is also a CBC article written on all the complaints.
