Is public sector salary a joke now for IT roles?

Location :ONLast 3 years I have been in a bubble thinking i had a good pay making 85k in ON public sector.Started looking around this year and ended up with 120k+ bonus & stocks.. PM role.. if I stick around for a few years I might be able to touch close to 200 k (TC) ..cant stop thinking why I didn’t make the move early on.. not sure if this a post pandemic phenonminion but I feel private sector is starting to pay more if you look around..Good luck for those searching. via /r/PersonalFinanceCanada https://ift.tt/2Qo5t81
