If your team is using an Agile Scrum process with developers doing one task after another. How do handle the case where a developer notices an area of code that could be improved upon which is outside the scope of the work he is currently doing.

I assume you cannot handle this as a bug so I wonder how these areas of technical debt are fed back into the Agile Scrum process as they would also not be part of any Epic, Feature, User Story / Product Backlog item. via /r/dotnet https://ift.tt/3wINt7z
