Anyone ever cought off guard by an audiobook?

I recently started Lincoln in The Bardo. I knew it was about President Lincoln’s son who died, but that was about it. It cam recommended and rated well enough I just decided to read it with out doing more research.I was NOT expecting Nick Offerman or a full cast.I was NOT expecting to laugh during a book about a kid who died from typhoid.Pleasant surprises are always fun!
