About to put an offer down on a condo, realtor wants us to switch mortgage brokers.

Our broker wants 10 days for financing and our realtor is telling us that is too long and we might lose the bid because of it. She has a few brokers she knows that can do it in three. I am very hesitant because this seems like a conflict of interest to get a broker through a realtor? Also is 3 days too short? We work full time and this seems like it would be stressful, but our realtor seems to think it’s necessary if we want to be successful ok our bid. Please advise!
