The Ontario Cinesphere is the best IMAX theatre in Canada. It has been closed for over a year. It’s a travesty.

It’s frustrating and ridiculous. The Cinesphere has both IMAX 70mm and IMAX with Laser projection systems. The theatre was very regularly showing IMAX movies like Interstellar, Dark Knight, LotR, 2001 Space Odyssey, etc. It’s been closed since October 2022 with no re-opening in site, with construction hindered by ridiculous politics.
