Do most people know why their baby was premature?

We have no idea why our baby was born at 29 weeks. It seeks like a lot of people had some warning or a known medical reason. My wife had covid and flu A, plus some significant family stress. But otherwise, there was no indication at her MFM or anywhere else. Baby has no genetic issues and is in perfect health but for being born so early.Is this common?
