Anyone else have a baby in the mid 20 weeks that wasnt due to Pre-expampsia?

Our baby was born 27w4d and he’s been in the NICU for a little over 3 weeks now. What I’ve found interesting is that most of the babies in our NICU born at that age were born due to pre-eclampsia and related health concerns. In our case my wife was healthy but had gone into pre-term labor spontaneously. Did anyone else have a similar experience? If you did and you had another child, did you go into pre-term labor again?We wanted 3-4 kids originally but if our second child ends up pre-term we will likely call it quits.
