In 2015, I bought a house in east toronto for $500,000 and just sold it for 1,200,000. I have no debt (no house either) and $700,000 later I have no idea what to do next. Do i try and stay in the Toronto market , start a business or farm outside the city ? You complete strangers should weigh in
