Netherlands introduced a 1k education fund. I’m now on the hook for ~800 euros to learn C# :)

I always was a pretty good student, but turns out that learning on my own just is a whole other skill that I struggle with. I now get both the guidance/learning path I want and a pretty damn good reason not to give up.The money has to be paid back if you do not finish the education/course with a certificate or a 80% completion rate.
