A rare disorder makes you hallucinate tiny people. “Lilliputian Hallucinations” involve tiny men, women, children, gnomes, imps, or dwarfs, often strikingly dressed as harlequins, clowns, dancers, soldiers, peasants etc. Literature review suggests prevalence is 30–80 per 10,000 psychiatric patients.
