Third day in a row of the CRA hanging up after 3hrs of holding. What am I supposed to do?!

“Purgatory is a CRA hold line” – that’s never been more true as for the third day in a row, the CRA line has disconnected me just after 3 hours of holding. It seems like a problem with their system where it auto-disconnects after a set time.My partner needs a CRA code to access his account, but we’ve moved in the interim and they won’t resend to the new address. The only option available seems to be calling, but I can’t keep wasting 3 hours of my life on hold each day listening to that damn music.I’m debating calling my MP about this, because I feel like I don’t have any other options.
