$4.40/day basic meal plan (per person)

Hey fellow Ontarians,I know times are tough for a lot of us right now and I’m sure I’m not the only one trying to find places to save money. I put together this meal plan this morning and wanted to share in hopes that it helps someone.I know it won’t work for everyone but even if it’s a starting point for you to work from!All prices were taken from Walmart in London this weekend. Prices are based on single servings (one person) and work out to $4.40 day (or $132/month).In terms of nutrition, I used the Lose It app to calculate.
